Leadership

Erdem Dogan serves as the Management Director of SUSMATA Holding AG and also represents continuity between the holding structure and the group’s operating business. His role reflects the company’s focus on combining strategic leadership with entrepreneurial execution in a developing market environment.

The Supervisory Board of SUSMATA Holding AG contributes governance, oversight and strategic guidance to the company’s development. The board consists of Hans-Dieter Sacher as Chairman, Benjamin Reutter as Deputy Chairman and Roberto Merighi as member of the Supervisory Board.
